Hidden Fluff

TITLE: Hidden Fluff
AUTHOR: jenbachand
PAIRING: Grissom/Sara
RATING: General
SUMMARY: Sara has a hidden spot for fluff.
DISCLAIMER: I made no money from the writing of this fic.
NOTES: [info]partly_bouncy asked for some Sara fluff. I hope it incorporates all the stuff needed for a good dose of fluff. Moving Day, determined dog, and something fluffy. Thanks so much to [info] for the quick beta. :)

(After a few minutes of digging around in the bottom of her closet he had to sit down and ponder a previously before unknown side of Sara Sidle.)

Awwww, that was so cute...even if it is an addiction I can't understand!

Very cute... My father has a Peep problem, but since he became a diabetic, we have to practically hog-tie him at Easter. LOL He still fondly remembers the years I worked at the local grocery chain, and would bring him a $3 case of Peeps. My mother, on the other hand, was not amused. ;)

So cute and fluffy. :-D The only thing better would be fluff with peeps on fire! :-D

Very cute and I loved the discovery being a result of moving because I haven't read enough fics addressing that. It seems like such an interesting mode of exploring my favorite geeks that I'm surprised others haven't done it.

In conclusion: Yay! YAY FOR PEEPS! next time, make them explode! Peeps go eeeeek! as they explode!

Glad you liked it. It was a fun prompt to work on and you are evil with your kidlet plot bunnies.

The moving aspect was fun to do too. Thanks for the poke. :)

::sigh:: This story made me think of my grandmother. She ALWAYS had Peeps around the house, and my mom and I used to bring her a couple of boxes to her every now and then and I always used to steal a few. ::sigh:: I miss her. :(

Anyway, very cute...and FLUFFY. :) I love MovingInTogether!Geeks. No one ever really seems to bring it up. I guess we all just assumed they do live together. :)

Aww! *Hugs* I still miss my grandmother too.

Glad you liked it and it touched a chord with your life. Thanks so much for taking the time to review. :)

Hank has turned into Tug's hero. He would have been hip-deep into the bags of Peeps along with Hank. Nice fluff!

My dogs could find a grain of sugar that I had hidden, especially if it was enclosed in a plastic bag. ;) Glad you liked it, thanks for the review.

I liked this story, but I have to admit to scratching my head thinking "What the hell are Peeps????" I mean, I got the whole idea from your description that they are some sort of wonder of sugary goodness, but still... Is it sad that I had to Google them? I don't think we have them here in Canada, or perhaps I haven't raided any candy stores in a while. *shrugs* Meh... whatever... I still enjoyed your cute story anyways!

Up in the A/N I embedded a link to the wikipedia page. It's I think something only Americans must indulge in the madness that are Peeps. ;)

Glad you enjoyed the fluff. Thanks so much for the review. :)

Wow

That's my life right there. Easter was the only Holiday not marred by insanity of some kind so for me Easter and all that it brings to mind are some of my best memories too. Sadly, I don't like Peeps BUT I like to look at them because again, it brings to mind Easter. It was wild reading that. I wonder if alot of children who grew up in not so perfect households feel the same way?

Re: Wow

I think that Easter doesn't hold the same family obligations/expectations that most of the other holidays do, so probably for a lot of people it is a holiday with less bad memories.

I feel really touched by your comments. I'm sad that you had that happen, but glad that I was able to capture the emotions in the story.

And I too like to look at Peeps more than eat them. :)

Thanks so much for the review.

How cute. My dad has a Dum Dums addiction. He's always got a stash of those tiny little lollipops in his car.
