A/N: You know those ideas that just smack you in the head and don't stop until you write them? Yeah, that's what this is. Semi-pre Vegas. Any mistakes are purely my fault.
She haunted his dreams. He’d wake up plagued with memories of her smile, laugh desperately wishing she were real. In most she would be just out of his reach. Close enough to smell, but not close enough to touch. It was maddening. Even for a dream.
Several dreams involved her running ahead of him, her brown curls moving with the wind, And turning towards him with her pretty little smile coaxing him to follow her. Oh and did he follow her. She would lead him to the most wonderful places without a sense of time, where he could just sit with her and be content in her company.
As the dreams progressed she found her voice and enticed him in further with the sweet sounds. Most dreams she would just whisper his name, the syllables rolling off her tongue like she was meant to speak them. In others she would be singing or simply prattling off random tidbits of information.
The last dreams he had about her ended with them falling into bed or wherever she had dragged him off to in their fantasy world. Her dark brown eyes would stare into his as he slowly undressed her. She would wrap her legs tightly around his waist as he thrust into her, wishing he knew her name so it could fall off of his lips as he came. Sometimes her slender hands would be wrapped around his cock, torturing him with the heat of her palms only to wake up and have to finish the job himself.
Then, all too abruptly, the dreams stopped. He would go to sleep and wake up having remembered dreaming of nothing. In those dreams he had loved her. He had loved her with every fiber of his being. An intoxicatingly beautiful woman who was all a figment of his imagination.
After weeks of dreamless sleep, he gave up hope of ever seeing her again. Besides, he couldn’t have a relationship with dream woman, no matter how real it seemed.
As the seminar ended, there she was, standing in front of him. The woman who had haunted his dreams for months. She descended the stairs towards him, her curly hair framing her face. Her chocolate brown eyes peeked out at him from tempting lashes, her smile upturned into a smirk. She opened her mouth to speak, knocking him out of his trance.

You've really created a nice erotic tension. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.

Thought this was an excellent visualization. I can see Grissom trying to reconcile his dream with the reality of Sara. Nicely done!

Hmmm... what would she think if he tells her he dreamed her before he met her (after they finally got together)?

Re: Doses Of Destiny
I'm a firm believer that they were meant to be together. And yes, I am a very bad monkey. ;)Hm, I never actually thought of turning this into a WIP. But the concept is definately there. Who knows, maybe my Muse will come through.
And thanks for reviewing; I'm glad you liked it. :)
